Main Stage (Ages 7-12)
This class consists of weekly rehearsals,
followed by two end-of-season performances. Children are
expected to learn songs, choreography, and lines. In
addition to the rehearsals, each child attends several 1-hour
workshops that focus on stage skills and character development.
Junior Stage (Ages 5-7)
This class introduces the youngest actors and actresses to our
musical theater program. The class rehearses and performs
the same play as the Main Stage class, but with a reduced script.
All songs are performed and choreographed, with narration by the
director in place of extended line reading.

Advanced Acting (Ages 8-12)
Advanced Acting may be taken in addition to Main Stage Theater, or as a separate class. We recommend that students
of the Main Stage class attend Advanced Acting, and offer a
discount for Main Stage students who attend both classes.
Advanced Acting covers foundation techniques including character
development, movement and dance, monologue, improvisation, and
stage etiquette. Click
here to view the curriculum.
Advanced Acting is a 3-part course scheduled in the Fall,
Winter, and Spring. Each season focuses on a different area
of acting.
Participation in all three sessions is
recommended, but not required.
